Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Just like you wouldn’t want your delivery to arrive opened or partially consumed, we take every step to ensure your order arrives intact and fresh. If there’s an issue, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion.

Taste Guarantee

Not loving the taste? No problem—we’ve got you. If you're unsatisfied with the flavor, you may request a refund by contacting us at info@thewaterbeverages.com within 30 days of purchase. Be sure to include a copy of your receipt.

Please note:

  • Refunds apply only to first-time purchases of a specific flavor.

  • We are unable to process refunds for repeat dissatisfaction with the same product.

Merchandise Returns

We do not offer exchanges for merchandise, but we do accept returns of unused and undamaged items. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a quality issue, please reach out to us at info@thewaterbeverages.com within 7 days of delivery. Supporting photos and proof of purchase are required. We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
